A Raw Food Diet consists of pure, unprocessed and unaltered fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains. Nothing is heated above 115F as higher temperatures destroy enzymes present in food. Raw food is living food and these enzymes, along with the active properties of whole foods, allow the body to function at its peak, with the energy required for digestion being greatly reduced.

A raw food diet increases energy, vitality, stamina, mood and promotes weight loss, healthy skin, eyes, hair and more. The techniques used to create raw foods are unconventional but very quick and easy! The use of a food processor, blender and dehydrator allows one to achieve texture and tastes similar to those in cooked food, while using unprocessed ingredients, such as: fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains. Have a powerful, nutrient packed green juice or smoothie. Begin lunches with a salad and fresh homemade dressing, maybe adding avocados or soaked nuts or have a raw soup as a starter.
