Take a Fancy Chocolates and Sweets
Take a Fancy Chocolate and Sweets buys fair trade organic beans, not ready made chocolate. They roast the beans and grind them into cocoa liquor, which we make into fine (and fancy!) chocolate. They also have a variety of chocolate and caramel selections. If you are concerned about sugar, check out their freshly roasted cocoa nibs, or 100% dark dipped pineapple.
Try their goodies at select markets in the summer 2011 season: June 30, July 14, and September 1.
