Nonna Pia’s Gourmet Sauces

Creating balsamic based sauces, Nonna Pia’s is a family-run business based out of Whistler. Nonna Pia’s recipes are handed down from generations. They feature three delicious flavors of Balsamic Reductions: Classic, Strawberry/Fig, and Rosemary. Their Balsamic Reductions can be used in anything from pizza to paste. Find them at RCFM this summer on July 7, July 28, August 11, and August 25.
