Local Maple Sugaring

Patrick and the Maples’ Sugar Shack is a well known face at many markets. Patrick is also heavily involved in the market world, acting as treasurer for the BC Association of Farmers Market. His Maple Sugar Shack serves up all sorts of maple syrup related items – from plain old maple syrup, to crystallized formed maple syrup leaves and maple taffy. He serves maple glazed nuts, maple butter, maple sugar, maple syrup, and maple sugarcones. Delicious! You can make your own maple taffy on a stick, and ask him about his infused syrups! The Maples’ Sugar Shack will be at RCFM’s summer 2011 season every second week starting June 9th plus an extra week on October 6th.
